Le réseau Cap emploi

Cap emploi national is the national network supporting people with disabilities and employers in accessing, maintaining and developing employment. As part of the public employment service and the Cheops network, it brings together local Cap emploi services across France and works with partners including France Travail, Agefiph and FIPHFP.

The network provides tailored support both for people seeking work and for those already in employment. Its services include guidance on career pathways, job searches, skills assessment, workplace adjustments and preventing job loss, as well as support with professional retraining. Employers can access advice on recruiting and supporting employees with disabilities, post job vacancies and consult candidate profiles through online services.

Cap emploi also offers workshops, events and resources on topics such as transferable skills, employment opportunities and practical tools for job seekers. Its website features job listings, a directory of local services, news and activity reports. Through this combination of individual guidance, employer services and partnerships, Cap emploi helps make employment more accessible and supports sustainable working arrangements for people with disabilities.
