About Cape Wellness Collaborative
Cape Wellness Collaborative is a non-profit organization located in South Yarmouth, MA, dedicated to serving cancer patients and their caregivers on Cape Cod. They offer a variety of integrative wellness therapies to individuals facing cancer, including those undergoing or recovering from radiation and/or chemotherapy, cancer-related palliative care, and individuals with positive genetic testing results for inherited cancer risk who are undergoing prophylactic surgery. Cape Wellness Collaborative provides a Wellness Card valued at $500 to cancer patients, which can be used for up to two years post-completion of treatment.
Caregivers can also receive a Wellness Card valued at $200. Their services include acupuncture, art therapy, caregiver support, chiropractic care, craniosacral therapy, energy work, massage and reflexology, meditation, nutrition counseling, Pilates, reiki, and routine foot care. Founded in 2014 by Sarah Swain, Cape Wellness Collaborative collaborates with a team of exceptional local wellness professionals to offer these free-of-charge integrative wellness therapies.
Sarah's inspiring work has been recognized with various awards, including the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Community Service Hero Award in 2020
