Capirsi Down

Associazione Capirsi Down Monza is a volunteer organisation based in Monza, Italy, dedicated to inclusion and to supporting people with Down syndrome and their families. The association develops projects that encourage independence, participation and personal growth, while creating opportunities for people with and without disabilities to connect through culture and community life.

Its activities include housing and shared-living pathways, practical cooking courses and initiatives such as “Da solo ci riesco,” which promotes autonomy through co-habitation experiences and everyday skills. The “Culture of Inclusion” programme offers activities for different age groups, including music therapy, reading, self-expression, personal development and civic responsibility.
