Capital Growth

Capital Growth is London's largest food growing network, dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in growing food across the city. With over 2,000 gardens, it encourages urban agriculture from home gardens to community plots and allotments. The organization offers a range of services to its members, including access to discounted training programs, networking events, and guidance for those looking to sell their produce. Registration is free, allowing anyone passionate about growing their own food to join and benefit from expert advice, toolkits, and monthly newsletters.

Supported by London Food Link, the Mayor of London, and City Bridge Trust, Capital Growth has been instrumental in establishing more than 2,012 community growing spaces by the end of 2012. Collaborative in nature, they partner with organizations like The Royal Parks and Capel Manor to manage various allotments. Capital Growth is a project of Sustain, aimed at fostering better food and farming practices, while continually welcoming new ideas and community support.
