About European Capital Of Democracy #ECoD
European Capital of Democracy (ECoD) is a brand that aims to strengthen and innovate democracy across cities in Europe. In 2023, Barcelona was chosen as the first European Capital of Democracy, hosting a year-long Programme Year starting in autumn. The Programme Year offers an inclusive and engaging democratic experience through various projects and initiatives.
