Capoeira Tribo

Capoeira Tribo Unida is a capoeira group based in the Czech Republic, offering training in Písek, Strakonice and Tábor. Led by Brazilian master Mestre Manso, the group teaches capoeira, a Brazilian martial art combining elements of dance and acrobatics. Its classes are open to children and adults of different ages, fitness levels and abilities; no prior experience with moves such as handstands or flips is required, as skills are developed progressively through training.

The group offers children’s courses, adult classes, and performances and presentations. Training aims to build flexibility, coordination, balance, physical resilience and self-defence skills, while also encouraging creativity, rhythm, concentration and self-control. Participants can develop at a pace suited to their abilities, with sessions providing a varied physical workout. The website also features information about schedules and prices, frequently asked questions, photos, videos, news and contact details. Capoeira Tribo Unida welcomes newcomers and provides an enrolment form for prospective members. The group acknowledges financial support from the City of Písek for leisure activities.
