Corporate Accountability and Public Participation Africa (CAPPA) is a Pan-African organization dedicated to promoting human rights, challenging corporate abuse of natural resources, and fostering inclusive development and participatory governance. CAPPA works with African communities to build partnerships and collective social action to defend and promote the rights of people. They address the abuse of natural resources and the environment through corporate and state policies and practices.

With a team of dedicated staff, community volunteers, coalitions, and networks, CAPPA strives to address inequality crises and create a socially just and equitable African civilization. Their goal is to create an Africa free from injustices and inequalities caused by corporations and unfair state structures. CAPPA envisions a continent where development is designed and executed by Africans, respecting human rights, enabling social justice, and ensuring harmony with the environment.

Their mission is to nurture movements of African communities and leaders, advocating for democratic community and natural resource governance, inclusive development policies, and an end to inequalities and abuses. CAPPA believes in the power of community, solidarity, and impact to bring about positive change
