Cappa & Co. is a woman-owned and led general contractor serving homeowners across the East Bay. The company focuses on creating spaces that reflect each client’s needs and vision, combining careful planning, collaboration with industry partners, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication. Its services include full-home renovations and remodels, kitchen and bathroom remodels, accessory dwelling units (ADUs), exterior hardscapes, fences and decks, and refreshes to prepare homes for sale.

Cappa & Co. guides clients through a structured process, beginning with a phone consultation to understand project goals and priorities. An in-person site walk helps assess the property, scope, and technical considerations. The team then prepares a proposal outlining the scope, budget, timeline, and approach. During construction, it manages project details from pre-construction through completion and works closely with homeowners throughout the build.

The company serves Oakland, Piedmont, Berkeley, Alameda, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Walnut Creek, Danville, Alamo, Albany, Pleasant Hill, and San Ramon. Cappa & Co. is based in Oakland, California, and offers free quotes.
