Whether you are a parent, child, sibling, spouse, friend, or colleague, CAP Santé Mentale is here to help you better cope with a loved one experiencing mental health challenges. CAP Santé Mentale offers resources, podcasts, videos, and answers to common questions to help you navigate the daily challenges and important stages of change related to mental health issues.
