About Carma
Maison Carma is an independent perinatal support practice in southern France, created by Caroline Martin, a holistic pharmacist and perinatal companion. It offers listening, emotional support, information and practical tools for people from the desire to have a child through pregnancy, the postnatal period and the first steps of parenthood. Its approach is described as holistic, natural, gentle and respectful of each family’s needs.
Services include individual support for preconception, pregnancy and the postnatal period, as well as guidance on breastfeeding, infant crying and the Rebozo care ritual. Maison Carma also runs workshops, including sessions on physiological babywearing and understanding the Dunstan Baby Language. Support can be booked à la carte or through packages, with tailored options available. The practice emphasizes wellbeing, trust and attentive care, aiming to help parents feel supported as they care for their children. Maison Carma also shares monthly resources about maternity and parenting, along with updates on workshops, gatherings and events. Its first individual meeting is offered at no charge.
