Carbonik is a software company that specializes in developing HR software to support entrepreneurs and HR leaders. With our productive and friendly Human Resources Management System (HRMS), we assist thousands of employees in Hong Kong with various modules including payroll, attendance, leave schedule, expense claim, and performance appraisal. Our Backstage HR System provides comprehensive features such as Employee Profile, Payroll, Attendance, Taxation, and E-Appraisal for performance review and objective management.
We also offer a Resources Help Portal where users can learn how to work with our products and access the Hong Kong HR Guide for reference to HR policies and regulations. Carbonik was founded in 2006 by Felix and George, two graduates from Hong Kong University, and later joined by Ivan in 2008.
