About Cardiac Crusade
Cardiac Crusade is a nonprofit organization founded by Sudden Cardiac Arrest survivor Julie Coon and her husband Greg. Their mission is clear: to save lives by making Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) easily accessible and searchable on smartphones and by emergency responders. By registering AED locations into a national database and integrating them into EMS systems, Cardiac Crusade aims to increase the survival rate of cardiac arrests globally.
Through donations, training volunteers, and spreading awareness, Cardiac Crusade is making significant strides in achieving its goals. With a focus on getting AED locations natively integrated on smartphones, the organization is collaborating with global mapping companies to make this vision a reality. Join the Cardiac Crusade, become a volunteer, donate, or verify AED locations in your community to make a difference and save lives. Your support can help raise the global survival rate for cardiac arrests and make a profound impact on communities worldwide.
