CardiaMetrics

CardiaMetrics is a medtech company developing predictive cardiac monitoring to help patients and clinicians manage chronic heart failure. Its platform is designed to collect daily physiological signals through a subcutaneous sensing system while patients remain at home. CardiaMetrics then applies signal processing and predictive models to estimate pulmonary capillary wedge pressure (PCWP) and identify patterns that may signal worsening heart failure. The resulting insights are intended to help care teams prioritize follow-up and make timely treatment decisions.

The company aims to support patients in staying at home, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, and delay loss of autonomy. Its technology is under clinical investigation, and its first clinical study is underway with CHU de Caen Normandie to advance clinical and technical validation. CardiaMetrics also shares research, company news, and updates on its development through publications and events. The system is investigational and is not currently approved for clinical use in any geography.
