CardMill is a trading card technology brand focused on making collection management easier for everyday players and collectors. Its compact, automated scanner and sorter processes batches of cards hands-free, identifying cards with AI-powered software and organizing them according to users’ chosen settings. Supported games include Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, Flesh and Blood, Star Wars Unlimited, One Piece, and Sorcery: Contested Realm, with additional games planned.
The CardMill device offers scan-only, sort-only, and combined scan-and-sort modes. Sorting options include alphabetical order, set, color, card type, rarity, price tiers, and targeted searches. Scanned collections are available through an online dashboard, where users can search and filter their inventory, view market pricing from services including TCGPlayer and Price Charting, and export card data as a CSV for use with collection platforms. The machine supports removable 400- or 800-card hoppers and perfect-fit sleeves, but requires an internet connection. CardMill was funded through Kickstarter in 2025 and is accepting late backers in select regions.
