CardOps is a toolkit for Pokémon card vendors, created by brothers Andre and Willem Havasi to help sellers make informed decisions and manage their businesses. Designed for vendors working at card shows, it brings inventory, market context, purchasing costs, and show results together in an app for iPhone and iPad.
Users can track cards alongside purchase costs, review price histories and sold comparisons, and monitor inventory price movements with customizable alerts. Deal Brain provides buy-or-pass guidance for purchases, trades, and bulk lots, while Grade Estimator offers a condition estimate before a user pays for grading. Ask Inventory lets vendors ask plain-language questions about their stock and sales.
Show Mode supports card scanning, sales, trades, and buys, with live per-show tracking of revenue, costs, fees, and profit. On-device recognition matches cards against a catalog of more than 20,000 Pokémon cards, and the app continues working offline. CardOps also provides vendor guides and a free Vendor Handbook. It requires no account; data stays on the user’s device and private iCloud.
