CareFinanz

CareFinanz is an independent German financial and property advisory company that helps private clients and distribution partners explore real estate investments for retirement planning and wealth building. With more than ten years of experience in finance and real estate, the company presents its approach as focused on security, honesty and transparent advice. Its services include personal consultations, support throughout the property-purchase process, partner collaboration and information resources such as a market analysis, glossary, blog and retirement-gap calculator.

CareFinanz offers pre-screened new-build and existing properties across Germany, with a focus on housing for older people. Investment options include care-home apartments, senior living homes and premium apartments with an outpatient service concept. Depending on the property, investors may choose units with long-term rental agreements or arrange their own letting. The company also highlights potential tax advantages and eligible KfW financing, while noting that terms vary by project. Its stated aim is to make property investment more manageable through professional support, long-term rental arrangements and low administrative effort.
