About CareBright
CareBright is a not-for-profit social enterprise that has been providing exceptional homecare services in Munster since 1998. With over 200 dedicated staff members, we currently serve more than 400 clients. Our commitment is to deliver excellence in homecare and support individuals living with dementia, while also creating societal value for the community.
Recognizing that many of our homecare clients were unable to continue living at home due to varying degrees of dementia, we developed a groundbreaking solution. The CareBright Community is a purpose-built facility designed specifically for people living with dementia. It consists of three bungalows, each equipped with six private living spaces and gardens.
The design fosters a sense of belonging, comfort, and security, while also prioritizing outdoor spaces such as sensory and remembrance gardens, walkways, and an animal sanctuary. At the heart of the community is the Community Hub, which offers vital support and a range of amenities including a café, sensory room, spa, hairdressing salon, and a social day club. We draw from our 22 years of experience supporting people with dementia to provide a positive living experience in a household environment that promotes independence.
CareBright's comprehensive services include specialized dementia care, companionship, residential care, and our Yarn social day club. Our governance standards are set by a voluntary board that upholds the highest corporate governance practices. We are an authorized provider of enhanced homecare services to the Health Service Executive (HSE) and ensure our staff is Garda Vetted and QQI L5 accredited.
Our values revolve around the three C's: Commitment, Compassion, and Companionship. Our agency delivers professional and personal services of excellence, all while maintaining a strong social conscience. With over 200 homecare carers supported by experienced Care Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders, we provide person-centered care and continue to enhance our clinical care standards.
