Care Excellence NP Primary Care LLC is a nurse practitioner-led primary care practice in Youngstown, Ohio, founded on a commitment to experienced, compassionate and accessible care. Led by Carletta Williams, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, AACC, the practice draws on her 35 years of registered nursing experience, including critical care and cardiopulmonary services, and eight years as a family nurse practitioner in cardiology and internal medicine. Services include primary care for adults aged 18 and older, preventive care and support for illnesses and chronic medical conditions. Established patients may request same-day sick visits by calling before 11:30 a.m. The practice also offers home visits for homebound patients within 10 miles, evening hours by request, and telehealth visits for established patients with respiratory symptoms. New patients are generally scheduled within 72 hours of initial contact.
