Stigma has historically prevented individuals in Sub-Saharan Africa from accessing the necessary care, leaving them lonely and vulnerable.

Untold aims to change that by embracing and equipping people to live a life beyond AIDS. Their unique model involves searching for clients in their greatest time of need and offering them integrated care that addresses their physical, emotional, spiritual, and economic health. Operating through local churches, Untold's purposeful programming equips clients to thrive holistically.

By the end of 2027, they aim to embrace and equip 100,000 men and women throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, positively impacting families and communities. Untold currently operates in 87 communities in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, with plans to expand to South Africa in 2022. They share their Christian faith with those who are interested, providing spiritual hope as a way to overcome stigma.

Their impact extends beyond individuals, with over 108,000 dependent children of their graduates no longer at risk of being orphaned. Through their program, an average of 95% of clients achieve or maintain viral suppression, resulting in no more transmission.
