Care Initiatives is Iowa's largest non-profit senior care provider, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents and their families. Founded in 1989 and based in West Des Moines, the organization operates 43 skilled nursing locations, two assisted living facilities, seven independent living centers, and eight hospice offices, serving over 2,500 individuals. Care Initiatives offers comprehensive services including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and hospice care, emphasizing personalized and compassionate support during life's health transitions.
