CareLearn Washington is a free online training library that helps non-union, family, and paid long-term care workers complete required training and earn continuing education (CE) credits. Its course catalog is expanding, with new courses added regularly, and the platform provides a central place for learners to access training and review their learning records. Users can choose the appropriate access route: the standard CareLearn program, DSHS SOCR/SOLA for eligible DSHS employees, or WA Cares for initial caregiver basic training.

The service runs on Moodle Workplace, where new users can take a brief tour to learn how the system works. CareLearn also provides user guides and navigation tips through its Help Center, and offers email support for questions or assistance. The organization is working to improve accessibility for people with disabilities and invites feedback as the system develops. Learners should note that their transcript is the means of documenting past continuing education courses in the new system; historical transcript availability has been subject to delays.
