CareVicinity is an Australian care platform connecting people who need support with local support workers. It serves care seekers using My Aged Care, NDIS and DVA funding, while helping workers find opportunities and manage their independent care work.

Care seekers can connect with workers for a range of in-home and community services, including personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, transport, social support and respite. Other services listed include home maintenance, nursing and allied health support, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, podiatry, dietetics and speech pathology.

For support workers, CareVicinity offers tools to create a profile, browse and apply for local opportunities, agree on rates and responsibilities, log shifts and receive payments. Workers can choose their hours, set their rates and select jobs suited to their skills. The platform says approved services booked and invoiced through it are covered by insurance, and charges a 12.5% platform fee. Its dedicated success team supports workers with onboarding, finding work and shift administration.
