Care Within Reach

Care Within Reach Kids is a licensed Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) provider supporting families of medically fragile children throughout Georgia. The agency delivers compassionate, professional in-home care, helping children receive skilled support in the comfort of their homes while families navigate the demands of ongoing care.

Services include skilled nursing from licensed Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, with support for complex needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, G-tube feedings, and medication management. Certified Nursing Assistants provide personal care assistance with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation. The Parent Caregiver Program offers eligible parents the opportunity to become paid employees and care for their own child. Respite care is also listed among the agency’s services.
