CaritasSPES Ukraine is a religious mission associated with the Roman Catholic Church, committed to promoting social justice and Christian charity across the nation. As a part of the wider Caritas Europa network, which encompasses 48 members, and affiliated with Caritas Internationalis—an umbrella for 162 Catholic organizations—CaritasSPES operates through a national office and seven regional centers to address societal needs in all dioceses. The mission actively engages in various services aimed at alleviating poverty, restoring human dignity, and ensuring justice for individuals regardless of their faith, race, nationality, or beliefs.

They focus on enhancing compassionate love and hope through direct action, aligning their efforts with the Catholic Church's social doctrine, Gospel teaching, and local laws. CaritasSPES provides support through numerous initiatives, including assistance to homeless individuals, services for youth and children, elder care, maternal support, healthcare services, and community development projects. Their vision is to foster a civilization of love, justice, and peace throughout Ukraine
