Carlanìa Celler is a small, family-run winery in Barberà de la Conca, in the Conca de Barberà area of Tarragona. Established as an independent winery in 2007, the family continues to cultivate its vineyards and make wine in the village where they live. Their work is guided by biodynamic farming and a commitment to producing natural wines that express the character of their land.
The vineyards have calcareous-clay soils and are planted mainly with Trepat, alongside some Macabeu. Grapes are selected and harvested by hand, and vineyard care uses sulfur and biodynamic preparations. The wines are made without additives, fining or filtration, including without added sulfur dioxide.
Carlanìa describes its wines as lively, authentic and rooted in Mediterranean flavors, intended to complement the cuisine of the region. Its online shop offers wines including Sant Pere, Random, Plantarga and El Petit Carlania. The winery also serves private customers, restaurants and distributors, and offers free shipping on orders of six bottles or more
