Carlevana Winery is a Moldovan wine producer based in Merenii Noi, about 25 kilometres from Chișinău. Founded in 1959, the winery combines traditional winemaking techniques with modern equipment to make wines from grapes grown and processed in Moldova. Its portfolio spans six ranges, including collectible wines, Ice Wine, kosher wines, Raritet, Renaissance and Mereni, alongside sparkling wines and cider.

Carlevana has played a role in modern Moldovan winemaking, introducing the country’s first Ice Wine, Brumăriu, in 2003 and, in 2004, Ambrosia Riesling, described as Moldova’s first wine made from grapes affected by noble rot. The winery also produces Port-style wines aged for three years in oak barrels. Its wines have received medals and high scores at international competitions.
