Carmad

Carmad is a car rental and vehicle repair service based in Rybnik, Poland, offering passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Its fleet consists of well-equipped cars no more than three years old, including the Suzuki Swift, and is intended for both city driving and longer journeys. Carmad promotes straightforward booking, minimal paperwork, rentals without mileage limits, and, for eligible customers handling claims through the company, no security deposit.

A key service is providing replacement cars while a customer’s vehicle is being repaired after an accident. Rentals can be covered by the at-fault driver’s third-party liability insurance or the customer’s own comprehensive policy, with Carmad offering cashless settlement directly with insurers and help with the necessary formalities. The company also provides bodywork repairs and, for customers arranging repairs at its service centre, can tow damaged vehicles from elsewhere in the Silesian Voivodeship. Replacement vehicles are insured with liability, comprehensive, and personal accident cover, plus 24-hour roadside assistance.
