Carnevale Storico Trinese

The Carnevale Storico Trinese is a community carnival in Trino, Italy, with a history dating to 1952. Its founding legend tells of the Bella Castellana, a captive noblewoman freed by a brave captain who returns her to the people of Trino. To celebrate her homecoming, the townspeople organize three days of festivities, a tradition that has grown into a long-running series of events and celebrations.
