Carola Paustian

Carola Paustian offers horse training and mobile riding instruction grounded in trust, patience, and clear communication between horse and rider. Based in Trittau, she travels to stables in eastern Hamburg and the Stormarn, Herzogtum Lauenburg, and Segeberg areas. Her approach emphasizes calm, consistent handling and recognizes that each horse and rider has individual needs.

Instruction is available at clients’ own stables and can address challenges in the relationship between horse and human. Sessions range from groundwork to dressage, with a focus on purposeful training, improved coordination, and the horse’s well-being. Paustian also provides topic-based courses and seminars at stables, including work with a cavesson, groundwork, in-hand work, and confidence training.

Her training philosophy values knowledge of equine anatomy, biomechanics, and psychology, alongside appropriate care and handling. Varied exercises, motivation, time, and thoughtful progression are used to support relaxed, healthy, and content horses and riders. Individual lessons and day courses are available, with pricing information provided directly by the business.
