Caroline Morel

Caroline Morel is a French early childhood consultant, trainer, clinical psychologist and conference speaker who supports both early years professionals and parents. Drawing on more than two decades of experience, including work in public and private nurseries, a maternal support centre and a nursery school, she brings practical, field-based insight to her work. Her background also includes linguistics and professional training in early childhood.

Caroline designs and facilitates tailored sessions that reflect the specific needs and context of each group. Her services include professional practice analysis groups, team support, supervision, parent discussion groups, interactive conferences and training courses. Her approach is pragmatic, considerate and attentive to each participant.

She is also director of the collective reference work Le grand dictionnaire de la Petite Enfance, published by Dunod. Created with Pierre-Brice Lebrun and illustrator Virginie Maillard, the second edition brings together around 100 authors and researchers and covers nearly 300 key concepts in early childhood.
