Carolyn Wellington is a UK multi-award-winning life coach and menopause coach who helps women navigate midlife changes and build a more confident, fulfilling next chapter. Drawing on her own experience of menopause and relocating from the UK to Phoenix, Arizona, at age 65, Carolyn offers practical, personal guidance grounded in lived experience.
