Carpintería Lombana, also known as The Wood Brothers, is a family-founded woodworking business based in Mungia, Bizkaia, Spain. Established by three brothers in late 2023, the company combines traditional craftsmanship with a focus on quality, preserving the craft of traditional boatbuilding and the connection between wood and the sea. Its services include the construction, repair, maintenance, and restoration of wooden boats, along with custom wooden components and masts.
The workshop also creates land-based structures, including cabins, pergolas, staircases, terraces, and domes, as well as handcrafted oars and other wooden pieces. For film, television, advertising productions, and events, Carpintería Lombana offers boats and distinctive materials for hire. The brothers draw on skills developed through years of training and aim to bring care and character to each project, whether working on traditional vessels or unique structures in wood.
Through its work, the brand supports the continued practice of boatbuilding while showcasing the versatility and lasting appeal of wood
