Aangenaam! Mijn naam is Martijn de Vries, medeoprichter van Carrera Recruitment B.V. Al ruim 15 jaar bouw ik met een enthousiast wisselend team aan Carrera Recruitment, een arbeidsbemiddelingsbureau in de regio Drechtsteden. In 2008 introduceerden we onze visie: Recruitment is mensenwerk en dat zal altijd zo blijven. Ik, maar ook de rest van het team, gelooft in het aangaan van diepgaande relaties waarmee we jou de juiste kandidaten kunnen bemiddelen, ze coachen en te adviseren en ontzorgen. Het hele team bestaat uit mensen die de visie delen en uitdragen; een team dat met dezelfde zorgvuldigheid is samengesteld als dat we voor jou jouw vacatures zullen invullen. Wij focussen ons niet op een doelgroep, maar we creëren graag een volggroep. Daarmee bedoelen we dat potentiële kandidaten onze visie delen en gaan voor een duurzame, loyale en persoonlijke relatie met een werkgever.
