Carrisito Ranch

Carrisito Ranch is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated cattle ranch in Santa Ysabel Valley, California. Founded by the Moretti family, the ranch began as a dairy and later became a calf-cow operation. Today, the family continues its ranching heritage while offering local products and emphasizing animal care and helping customers know where their food comes from.

The ranch sells beef by the pound, in butcher boxes, and as whole or half animals “on the hoof.” Customers can choose grass-fed and grass-finished beef, grain-finished options, specialty cuts, sausages, offal, and bone broth kits. Its other food offerings include heritage-breed pork and pork butcher boxes, lamb, goat, poultry, and turkey, with some products available by preorder. The ranch also offers weaner and roasting pigs, pet food and treats made from animal products, manure tea, firewood, and elephant garlic. Beyond farm goods, Carrisito Ranch provides photography and Notary Public services. Products are available at scheduled monthly pickup hours or by appointment, with some box pickups also offered at the Julian Cider Mill.
