Carten

Carten is a Brno-based provider of low-voltage technology, serving customers since 1999. The company designs, installs, services and inspects systems for homes, apartment buildings, businesses and larger sites, including hotels, industrial facilities and shopping centres. Its services cover security alarms, camera surveillance, fire alarm systems, evacuation announcements, data and WiFi networks, home intercoms and building automation.

Solutions can be tailored to each property and integrated to work together, such as linking alarms with cameras. Carten installs both wired and wireless security systems, offers remote camera monitoring, and provides Loxone-based automation, alongside metal and fibre-optic network cabling. Based primarily in Brno and the South Moravian Region, the company also carries out installations and servicing elsewhere in the Czech Republic.

Ongoing support is a central part of its offer: Carten provides round-the-clock service, telephone assistance, rapid service visits and scheduled inspections, with revision dates monitored for customers. The company reports more than 2,800 installed systems and emphasizes trained, certified staff, careful installation, documentation and customer guidance
