Connor grew up in Norfolk, trained as a chef and worked in restaurants in Norfolk and elsewhere in the UK. His approach combines knowledge of food and flavour with inspiration from his travels. For each client, he creates a bespoke menu using fine local and seasonal produce, supported by long-standing relationships with suppliers in the county.
