Casa da Lagoa

Casa da Lagoa is a rural tourism brand in the municipality of Mira, Portugal, offering stays between cultivated fields, woodland, dunes and the lagoon that gives the original property its name. Set in a peaceful village within a Natura 2000 area, Casa da Lagoa is a century-old Gandarese farmhouse restored to preserve its traditional character while providing comfortable, thoughtfully arranged spaces. It has five rooms, including three suites with private bathrooms, terraces and garden views, as well as a two-bedroom maisonette with a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Shared facilities include a dining room, library, leisure room and spacious furnished terrace.

The brand also operates Forja, a rural guesthouse with a traditional local façade and nine rooms in several configurations, including accessible accommodation and family options. Guests can enjoy personalized hospitality, discover local knowledge and flavours, and plan activities and visits on land, water or in the air with help from the team. The properties emphasize responsible agriculture and environmental care.
