Ante las diversas problemáticas que enfrentan los adolescentes y sus familias, tales como el abuso del alcohol, las drogas, los trastornos alimentarios, la violencia, el bullying y la adicción a la tecnología, Fundación Manantiales ha creado un dispositivo específico denominado "Programa Casa del Este". Este programa tiene como objetivo proporcionar a los padres herramientas concretas para anticiparse a situaciones de riesgo que puedan afectar el desarrollo emocional de sus hijos.

Recently, they conducted a workshop for their employees from Panama, Ecuador, El Salvador, and Uruguay, focusing on mental health and addiction prevention.
