La Casa Del Nonno is a small bed and breakfast in Villapiana, established in 2022 as a tribute to the owners’ grandfather, Peppino. Its recently renovated 40-square-metre apartment is designed to provide a comfortable, practical stay for guests visiting the area. The accommodation includes one bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee machine, and a bathroom with a bidet and shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, and guests can enjoy a terrace and free private parking. Breakfast is included, with buffet, continental, or Italian options.

Amenities include adjustable air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a 160-by-200-centimetre double bed, a 43-inch television, minibar, safe, complimentary toiletries, a professional hairdryer, and a selection of teas and herbal infusions. A sofa bed and cot are available on request, alongside round-the-clock assistance and a choice of pillows. La Casa Del Nonno also connects guests with local restaurant, wellness, fitness, and shopping partners, and can arrange a dedicated guide to help visitors explore the surrounding area, including the archaeological ruins of Sibartide, 14 kilometres away.
