Casa Luxxe

Casa Luxxe is a New York City full-service interior design and decorating firm founded by designer Julia Schojan. The studio creates homes that reflect each client’s personality, lifestyle, and vision, balancing elegance with comfort and practical function. Its work ranges from redesigning a single room to customizing an entire residence, including city apartments, penthouses, townhouses, brownstones, and coastal vacation homes. Casa Luxxe also helps prepare properties for sale or rent.

The process is collaborative, beginning with an understanding of how clients live, relax, and entertain. Services include tailored design solutions, space planning, project management, and the selection of furnishings, accessories, and décor. The firm emphasizes clear communication and careful attention to budget, schedule, and detail, guiding projects from concept through completion. Julia’s approach combines thoughtful aesthetics with natural materials, varied textures, and touches of color to create spaces that feel personal, inviting, and polished. Whether clients are updating one space or reimagining a home, Casa Luxxe aims to make the experience seamless and the results both beautiful and functional.
