Casa MIGMAG is a Portuguese artisan olive oil house rooted in the Beira Baixa region, where its centennial olive groves grow in dry, rocky schist soils. The brand’s heritage is closely tied to the Galega olive, a traditional Portuguese variety adapted to the local landscape. Trees are tended individually, pruned by hand and harvested with care, while an early harvest prioritizes the green fruit’s aromatic character over yield.

Casa MIGMAG’s signature offering is Cuvée Impériale, a limited-edition, monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made from an early harvest of centennial trees. The olives are hand-selected and cold-extracted. The resulting oil is described as clean and well-defined, with a rounded, balanced palate, no astringent finish and a lingering aftertaste. It is recommended with grilled fish, warm bread or enjoyed on its own.
