Casa Payer

Casa Payer is a vegan country house in the Valpellice area of Piedmont, Italy, created by Luca and Paola as both their home and a place to share a rural, nature-centred way of life. Set in a renovated stone farmhouse surrounded by woodland, it offers relationship-focused hospitality and environmentally conscious stays. Guests can book rooms with independent access, private bathrooms and terraces, plus kitchenettes that exclude meat and fish.

The house also serves homemade plant-based food, including breakfast with cakes, savoury dishes, fresh fruit, jams and plant-based yogurt. Visitors can enjoy the woodland garden, explore local itineraries and experience the quiet rhythms of life in nature. Casa Payer’s renovation uses natural building materials, including stone, wood and natural lime.

Its sustainability practices include renewable electricity, heating with wood and sunlight, rainwater collection for the vegetable garden, and ecological, vegan-friendly personal-care and cleaning products. Recognised with an ECO BNB Award certificate for its environmental and social commitment, Casa Payer welcomes guests seeking a slower, lighter-footprint escape
