Casa Sgarra is a family-run restaurant in Trani, Puglia, founded around the shared experience of brothers Felice, Riccardo and Roberto Sgarra. After working and learning in Italy and abroad, the brothers returned to their roots, bringing together expertise in hospitality, fine dining and wine with a respect for local traditions and family values. The restaurant is led by chef Felice Sgarra, whose career includes international culinary events, teaching at ALMA, Italy’s International School of Italian Cuisine, and a Michelin star held from 2013 to 2021.
Casa Sgarra offers restaurant dining, a seasonal menu and a wine list, alongside food and wine experiences. Its website also features an online shop and booking service. The brothers’ professional backgrounds span notable restaurants, hotels and wineries, while their activities include cooking classes, masterclasses and training courses offered in person and online.
Located on Trani’s Lungomare Colombo, Casa Sgarra presents a meeting of culinary experience, hospitality and the culture of its home territory
