Casa Viva Obras

CASA VIVA is a Portuguese network focused on managing building works, renovation projects, new construction and the maintenance or rehabilitation of buildings. It connects clients with selected construction companies whose work is continually assessed, helping customers obtain multiple comparable quotations through a shared scope of work and quantity schedule. The service is free to clients, who choose which company to hire, and CASA VIVA’s fees are paid by participating businesses.

Clients can request up to four independent estimates and receive guidance from a dedicated works manager. The team includes civil engineers, architects and interior designers who advise on suitable solutions and can support projects from planning through oversight. CASA VIVA serves residential and commercial customers, with particular expertise in apartment and house renovations, bathrooms, kitchens and building rehabilitation. Its services also cover shops and offices, painting, waterproofing, roofing, small repairs, architectural and engineering projects, technical assessments, energy certification and construction of houses. The network also offers renovation financing information and cost simulations.
