Cascade Ski Team

Cascade Mountain Ski Team is a nonprofit ski racing organization based at Cascade Mountain, dedicated to helping athletes build skiing skills and enjoy the sport for life. Through individual and group instruction, coaching, and friendly competition, the team supports each skier’s personal development. Its approach puts lifelong skills and fun ahead of winning, while encouraging athletes to challenge themselves, make friends, and share the rewards of being part of a team.

The organization provides season information, a parent resource guide, and details about its coaches, board, volunteer opportunities, and the Sarah Holm Memorial Race. It also offers a Freeride pilot program. Athletes and families can join the team through a wait list, while supporters can contribute through donations and fundraising. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Cascade Mountain Ski Team uses contributions to purchase safety equipment and help keep team fees as low as possible.

Led by experienced coaches and a volunteer board, the team aims to foster a welcoming community for racers and their families, and to make skiing a rewarding lifelong pursuit.
