Cascina Garitina is a family-run agricultural winery founded in 1900 and now managed by fourth-generation owner Gianluca Morino, alongside family members. Located in the heart of Alto Monferrato in Castel Boglione, Piedmont, the estate focuses on showcasing Barbera, which accounts for 85% of its vineyards. The remaining plantings include Brachetto, Dolcetto, Pinot Nero, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Its oldest vines are reserved for Nizza DOCG wines, a designation made exclusively from Barbera grapes grown in a defined area around Nizza Monferrato.

The online store offers individual bottles, including Barbera d’Asti DOCG, Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG, Piemonte Barbera and Nizza DOCG, as well as mixed six-bottle collections, vertical selections and mystery boxes. Cascina Garitina also offers wine-club memberships and tasting experiences, with options centered on Nizza and Barbera and visits to the winery. Customers can arrange visits at the estate, where weekend bookings are required. Online orders are shipped within Italy, with free delivery on purchases over €80; international shipping is not available.
