Cash4Clubs

Cash4Clubs is a small-grants programme supporting grassroots and community sports clubs and organisations across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Established in 2008, it aims to help local clubs, athletes and teams sustain and grow their sporting activities, while strengthening facilities and communities. Funded by Flutter UK & Ireland in partnership with Sported, the programme has distributed more than £7 million to grassroots sport over the years.

Eligible clubs can apply for a grant of £2,000, or €2,000 in Ireland, with one application permitted per club. Funding is unrestricted within the programme’s purpose: clubs decide how best to use it to support sport and community activities. Examples include equipment, venue hire, utilities, coaching costs, volunteer expenses, kit, training, qualifications, insurance, affiliations, and marketing or communications.

Cash4Clubs welcomes applications from a wide range of sports, including rugby, gymnastics, skating and judo. The programme provides application guidance and frequently asked questions, explains the selection process, and shares news, impact information, winner highlights and stories from funded clubs.
