Caslog is a Swiss-Ukrainian defence technology company developing a wearable system for capturing and sharing medical information during combat casualty evacuation. Founded by two active-duty military officers, the company combines frontline experience with software engineering and commercial expertise. Its aim is to help medics document care under pressure and give commanders a clearer, more timely view of casualty status.

Caslog’s casualty-worn device turns spoken treatment updates into structured, time-stamped patient records. Caregivers can narrate while treating, without stopping to write; when connectivity is available, AI transcribes and organizes the information, which can then be shared along the evacuation chain. The system can also read vital signs automatically, with monitoring designed to avoid interrupting care.

Caslog presents its technology as useful at the casualty, for command and rear medical teams, and for reviewing care across organizations. The same records may support remote guidance, preparation for treatment, organizational learning, and peacetime training and emergency medical services exercises.
