Cas Perets is a property project in Mallorca, presented by Mallorca Home Connexion, which is identified as both developer and project manager. The project is a contemporary country house planned for the Cas Perets residential area, between Ses Salines and Santanyí. Its location offers access to nearby villages, beaches including Es Trenc, and routes towards Campos, Palma and the airport.

The proposed finca combines Mallorcan architectural features, such as dry-stone walls, with modern design and indoor-outdoor living. Plans describe five bedrooms, five en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living area, an open kitchen, terraces and a garden on a plot of approximately 17,750 square metres. Planned amenities include a 15-by-5-metre swimming pool, pool house, gym, sauna, fireplace, air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The website provides project information, floor plans, garden details, a gallery, virtual tour and video. During the pre-construction phase, buyers may be able to personalise selected materials and colours. The project is designed by MP6 arquitectura, with construction expected to take approximately 12 months, followed by two months for the garden.
