Cassiopée Fidélité is a local loyalty and gift-card program run by the Cassiopée association, which brings together more than 60 merchants and artisans in Rodez and the surrounding Grand Rodez area of France. Its free loyalty card lets customers earn points when shopping at participating businesses and redeem rewards across the network. Members receive 10 euros off once they have collected 130 points, and points remain valid for one year, with their validity renewed when the card is used.
The program also offers exclusive promotions and a multi-merchant gift card, which can be used to pay for purchases at participating shops. Its network spans a broad range of local businesses, including food retailers, boutiques, jewellers, opticians, bookshops, cafés, beauty services, home and décor stores, and other specialists. For merchants, Cassiopée provides a shared customer-loyalty platform, a management dashboard for tracking purchasing activity, and tools for targeted promotional campaigns.
